Jewelry Care

Are you wondering how to clean your YS piece properly?

Check out some different methods below.

Dish Soap & Water

Mix warm water and a small amount of dish soap in a bowl. Drop your items in to soak for a few minutes. Remove jewelry, pat dry, & shine with a soft cloth.

Baking Soda Paste

Mix three parts baking soda with one part water to create a thick paste. Gently rub the paste on your jewelry and let sit for a few minutes (being careful to avoid stones). Remove & rinse your jewelry under warm water. Pat dry & shine with a soft cloth.

Baking Soda Soak (for heavy tarnish)

Place some aluminum foil in a bowl shiny side up. Cover the bottom of the bowl with baking soda. Mix your jewelry into the baking soda and pour boiling water overtop the mixture. Agitate your jewelry in the baking soda water for about a minute. Remove & rinse your jewelry under warm water. Pat dry & shine with a soft cloth.

* You may need to use a soft toothbrush for intricate details.
* Never use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as they can scratch or damage the silver.
